Idaho Kombucha was founded by Mike and Terri Landa who have been brewing kombucha for the past six years, perfecting recipes and sharing it with friends. It is handcrafted in Boise, Idaho; unpasteurized and made from the natural fermentation of high-quality organic teas and organic evaporated cane sugar. The Landas are committed to making the best possible kombucha available without compromise.

SUSTAINABILITY
We believe in being good citizens and protecting our natural environment.

Organic Ingredients
We use only certified organic ingredients in all of our recipes. The one exception is wild Idaho huckleberries that we pick ourselves near McCall in What the Huck-leberry.

Fair Trade
We purchase only Fair Trade certified teas and sugar. Just as we believe in receiving a fair price for our kombucha, we believe the farmers who grow the ingredients used to produce it deserve to make a livable wage.

Compost
All kombucha byproducts are composted including the tea leaves, SCOBYs and paper towels used in our kitchen.

Recycling
We are diligent about recycling everything possible.

Green Clean
Only non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning products are used.

We are continually improving our processes to reduce the impact on the environment at every opportunity.
