Idaho Kombucha Co. (IKC) is a nano brewery in Boise, Idaho that handcrafts kombucha tea using organic ingredients and locally-sourced herbs, fruit and roots. IKC founders Mike & Terri Landa are committed to making the highest quality kombucha available without compromise.

Sustainability
We believe in being good citizens and protecting our natural environment.

Organic Ingredients
We use certified organic teas, cane sugar and flavoring ingredients in 90 percent of our recipes. Exceptions include some locally-sourced, no spray fruit and wild-foraged Idaho elderberries, huckleberries and rose hips.

Composting
All kombucha byproducts are composted including the tea leaves, SCOBYs, herbs, fruit, roots and even the paper towels used in our kitchen.

Recycling
We are diligent about recycling everything possible.

Green Clean
Only non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning products are used.

We are continually improving our processes to reduce the impact on the environment.
